Breakdown 12-20-20
Inside a familiar looking private plane, we find Bree Lancaster seated on the divan seat in the back of the plane. Her little dog Donatella is curled up on a blanket at her left. On her right, the SCW World Championship belt sits folded. Bree has one leg crossed over the other at the knee, dressed in black jeans and a silver glittery sweater. A smug smile is on her face.
I told you I was going to save SCW from Infamous stealing another championship. Oh, they tried. But I outsmarted, I outwrestled, and I outlasted.

Bree crosses her arms and annoyance fills her expression.
You know though, just once I would like for someone I defeated to actually admit that I beat them unquestionably. I guess that's too much to ask for someone like Ravyn Taylor though, who always has to make some kind of excuse or justification for coming up short. I know, I know, a lot of people are going to say that I have done the same thing... I can already hear Selena Frost screaming that I lied nearly two years ago.... she needs to let it go.
Bree smirks slightly.
Anyway, a few days ago on Breakdown we were subjected to hearing Ravyn squawk about Last Laugh. She had the audacity to suggest that the only reason I won was because David Helms showed his face and got involved, and I used that to my advantage.
Um, excuse me... but I was not the one who was about to nail their opponent over the head with the title belt! This bitch is really trying to claim I took advantage of someone who stopped her from cheating! I mean, it's not like I attacked her when she wasn't looking. Ravyn was looking up at the big screen and saw me coming, she turned around before I did anything....
…. and I still caught her and Classified her ribs into her spine! So please Ravyn, explain to the masses again how you were the one who was about to hit me with a weapon when the official was down, you were the one who saw me coming yet couldn't stop my offense, and you were the one held down for the three count.... yet somehow my victory was fraudulent?

I am not going to let you gaslight the SCW Faithful into believing your twisted narrative so you can soothe your ego.
I beat you, babe. Fairly, decisively, and I didn't have to cheat to do it. You were the one who was so insecure about your own ability to defeat me that you were going to take me out with the belt. I never considered anything of the sort, because I know I am better than you, better than everyone else on this roster.... including David Helms.
Bree smirks, and waves wiggling her fingers.
Hi, David. I'm talking to you now. Quite the little tete a tete we had Wednesday night, wasn't it? You didn't seem to believe that I meant what I tweeted you after Last Laugh, just because I stepped out proudly with my championship belt. Clearly you've misunderstood me, either by ignorance or on purpose just to continue to be a thorn in my side, in more ways than one. But I will be gracious. I will explain it to you, and everyone else who lacks comprehension. I meant what I tweeted, babe. I am thankful to you for stopping Ravyn from cheating, getting a tainted win and becoming another person in this company to drag down the prestige of the championship. But... what I said to you in the ring holds true, as well. I knew that there would be a large contingent of fans and even people on this roster would call my victory into question simply because you were there. This is because none of them can handle the truth, that I am everything I claim, I am the best in this company, and I am the true World Champion! They know it deep down, but they will try anything and everything they can think of to try to discredit me and everything I have done in this company in the last year! My win over James Evans was questioned thanks to Syren.... my retention against Matt Hodges was questioned because I let the clock run out after outsmarting him. And now Ravyn, just because you went to the ring and upheld the sanctity of the match?
If anything, I would think you would be on my side here, rather than helping fuel these unfounded questions. You didn't want the win tainted, so you stopped an attempt at cheating. You were standing right there, David. You know damn well that there was nothing tainted about my victory. Would it have killed you to admit it? The number of things you refuse to admit to are legion, but I see no reason to get into that any further. I know you know what I mean.
Bree shakes her head in disgust.
I don't want anyone to think I am overlooking Jordan Majors, the woman has been a whirlwind this year and I'm very much looking forward to facing her on New Year's Eve.... but I am confident in my abilities, I have very little doubt of my impending victory at the end of the year, so I want you to know, David, that I am also looking forward to our second date. There are only three people who have pinned me in 2020, I've managed to get my win back over two of them. The third... is you. It won't happen in this calendar year, I'll have to wait til January 24th, but I will beat you David, and all of this Interim nonsense will be over.
Tomorrow night though, I have to turn my focus to other, more pressing things. Sienna and I have a Tag League match, against the Wonderland. I know there are dozens of questions swirling around about everything to do with the Wonderland, Giovanni Aries, Sienna Swann, her sister Sierra.... and of course poor innocent Karina. Well, I'm not going to answer them here, it's not my place. You'll have to watch Breakdown to find out. What I will say.... is that Sienna and I have full confidence and expectation of victory, gaining us another two points and continuing our run of our bloc. We simply aren't going to let anyone get in the way of our goal of winning this League and going on to become Tag Team Champions.
We have new champions, by the way. Lucas Knight and Chris Cannon stunned the world at Last Laugh, and I have to say... the idea of facing them rather than the previous champions.... well, that's a little bit of extra motivation, now isn't it?

But, we have to finish this League out. And that means that no matter what's between Sienna and Gio and his followers... or how much involvement I have with it all or whether or not I like this alliance...
… Sienna and I have to defeat Cain and Alice. We simply have to. I'm positive that they know this, and that Breakdown will end in our favor.
